Mrs. Dodd spoke to her minister as well as other ministers to see if they could hold a church service that was solely dedicated to fathers. Needless to say, there are books scattered all over the house. We have numerous bookshelves that are just filled. People will often comment as to how much money we have invested in books but I simply smile. Others usually don’t know that we aren’t spending as much as they think that we all. What do I consider to be a bargain book? Anytime that I don’t have to pay the retail price for a book, that’s a bargain. When public libraries have their annual book sales, I walk out with bags and bags of bargain book purchases.
